By Car:
Option 1:
Follow the red arrows and park in the Nutgrove Office Park carpar.  Please note this carpark can be busy during normal business hours.

Option 2:
Follow the red arrow into the Nutgrove Retail Park/Office Park complex and then turn left following the blue arrow and park in the Lidl/Homestore and More Carpark.  You can then use the Pedestrain entrance into the Office Park and Life and Balance Centre is the second door in.

By Foot:
Follow the yellow arrow from Nutgrove Avenue and enter Nutgrove Office Park through the Pedestrian Entrance . Life and Balance Centre is the second door in.
