The NeuroInfiniti Stress Response Evaluation
Throughout each 30-45 minute consultation, we conduct a personalised Nervous System Check. The purpose of this check is to see if there are any indications that the Nervous System is not at its optimum ability to cope with stress. The results are then fully explained.
Using the latest technology, the NeuroInfiniti Stress Response Evaluation, we can conduct a non-invasive test to see how your staff are dealing with stress on the inside. Dependant on the results, we will recommend a suitable course of action to improve and optimise health.
NeuroInfiniti measures neurological reactions to stress, including brain activity, heart rate and five other major nervous system responses. We can see how the body responds to stress and how well it recovers from stress. This way, we can really see what the body is doing on the inside and most importantly give recommendations to change it.
Biofeedback/Neurofeedback Training
Biofeedback and Neurofeedback enable an individual to learn how to change physiological activity for the purposes of improving health and performance. Precise instruments measure physiological activity such as brainwaves, heart rate variability, heart rate, respiration rate, muscle activity, skin conductance and hand temperature. These instruments rapidly and accurately 'feed back' information to the user. The presentation of this information often in conjunction with changes in thinking, emotions, and behaviour supports desired physiological changes. Over time, these changes can endure without continued use of an instrument.
Most often, biofeedback helps people control their stress response, by realizing when it is underway and employing relaxation techniques like deep breathing, visualizations and meditation to calm their physiological arousal.
